After 20 years of successful work on the german real estate and construction market, we decided to take over the 2000 in spain established company Emmerling Asesoría Inmobiliaria S.L.U. ( EAI ), which is specialized on mediating houses and villas in one of the most desirable coastlines of the Costa Blanca.

You can find our office in the area of Benissa costera between the Penon d’Ifach, the landmark of the Costa Blanca, where the town Calpe is located and the picturesque small village Moraira. Driving on the coastroad from Calpe to Moraira, you turn left after passing the Cove Baladrar into the Avenida del Baladrar (you see a signpost ‘Montemar’). You follow the main road about one mile uphill, which is then called Avenida les Calsides and find the third road left in Montemar, calling Carrer la Perdiu. You turn into that small road, following it about 200 hundred meters enjoying the stunning views over the whole coast and its lovely villas.
